Strike, Riot and Civil Commotion
This hassle-free process lets customers enjoy this facility directly through their smart phone (via URL sent through SMS) without having to install any app. In the event of an accident the call center will assess the possibility of a virtual inspection. Allianz will identify the customer’s location, capture accident site remotely and obtain customer’s digital signature. New customers can save same and cost spent on travelling for pre-underwriting inspections since the same features are available to carry out pre-UW assessments. 
The no claim bonus of your 1st year renewal at Allianz will remain unchanged, subject to the number of claims made during the inception year not having exceeded three claims.
Reimbursement is only allowed due to an accident involving with the vehicle insured. Reimbursement is limited to Rs 2,500/= per day up to a maximum limit of Rs. 25,000/- per person and up to maximum of 5 occupants including the Insured. Hospital diagnosis card should be provided in the event of a claim.

Taxi Fee Reimbursement

If your vehicle repair exceeds 3 days, we will reimburse alternative transport fee of LKR 1,000/- per day excluding the first 3 days for the maximum period of 15 days. This extension is subject to an evaluation of the motor assessor’s recommendation based on extent of the damage.

Towing Cover

Vehicle towing charges reimbursement covered up to Rs 10,000/- as per additional clause 6 of motor policy.

Special Windscreen Cover

Glass breakage in windscreen or windows covered up to Rs 100,000/- as per additional clause 7 of the motor policy.
