Maximum entry age limit - 60years.
Children up to 22 years (unemployed & unmarried).
Family Unit – Consist of insured, spouse & 2 children (unmarried and unemployed).
Subject to submission of completed medical declaration for individuals over 50 years of age.
Maximum Policy age limit 70 years. Cover Shall not continue thereafter.
All other terms, conditions and exclusions as per the standard "Allianz Local Health Insurance policy wording"
